Al Blum is the Chairman and a Manager of Red Rock Wind Energy, LLC. He also serves as the Chairman and a manager of Emmet County Energy, LLC. He has been in the insurance and real estate business in Estherville since 1971. He currently owns 280 acres of land in Emmet and Palo Alto counties and is part owner of 1,120 acres in Emmet County and Hamlin County, South Dakota. Mr. Blum has served as Chairman of the Estherville Industrial Development Corporation, a non-profit development organization, since 1984.
